Dog-like Willingness to Please

#19 Obedience is a funny thing – I think I’ve always been fine with it until there is something I come across that I don’t like!! Jesus said, “blessed rather are those who hear the word of God and obey it!” in response to a woman who tried to change Jesus’ focus to the beginnings his mother gave him. I don’t believe he was belittling the woman or her opinion at all, rather he was showing that if we are going to attribute our achievements, it should always come back to God and His word on our hearts. Trust and follow with a child-like enthusiasm…or in this case a dog-like willingness to please!!!! #obedience #godswill #followgod
