Soufflé

#227 A gorgeous dinner followed by #souffle last night with friends ended the college term beautifully. This soufflé had risen perfectly, just like my colleagues and I have risen to the challenges we have faced this term. It’s lovely light yet sweet taste was reminiscent of the feeling of #walkingonair after a huge achievement. It was a shame when all the soufflé had gone, just like the feeling of slight sadness I have today in the absence of the hustle and bustle of term time. (at Ripon College Cuddesdon)
